We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns

Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and proof of purchase.
